Delivery & Returns

Our delivery charges are to UK Mainland postcodes. However, various products may incur a surcharge, in particular for heavy or bulky items. Any surcharges will be displayed before checkout. If you have any queries regarding deliveries please do not hesitate to call us before processing your order. As our website calculates an automatic delivery charge in most instances we will amend the delivery cost manually when an order is placed for multiple products.

Goods will be dispatched as soon as is viably possible. As we stock a wide range of products, delivery timescales will vary. We will notify you when your order is dispatched and when you can expect delivery, on some occasions delivery may be delayed due to external logistics outside of our control. Dispatch and delivery details are estimates and can change without prior notice.

Orders with multiple items may be delivered separately. Some products will be delivered directly from our suppliers to you. We deliver to all mainland UK addresses, although surcharges may apply to some harder to reach locations.

Goods will be delivered to the address you specify on your order. Deliveries are usually made Monday- Friday between 9am-6pm. You must be available to accept your order.

We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended. We use various UK courier and postal services. Delivery of your items (in most cases) will be attempted twice, if the courier returns the item to us or to one of our suppliers a re-delivery charge will apply.

Assistance for the delivery of weighty items may be needed by the delivery driver, if this is not possible please advise us beforehand so alternative arrangements can be made to safely deliver your order.

If you change the delivery address after you have placed an order with us we reserve the right to pass on any additional charges to you.

Goods should be checked on delivery, if items are damaged or missing you should notify the delivery driver at the time of delivery. We are to also be notified within a reasonable timeframe.

Deliveries are only made to a ground floor entrance and there must be reasonable access for safe, prompt delivery. Please notify us before placing an order if you have any special delivery requirements or conditions.

Force Majeure: On the rare occasion that items cannot be delivered as planned due to unforeseen circumstances (to include accidents, breakdown, severe weather, fire, malicious damage, or the default of our suppliers) we will try to put things right as soon as we can, however we can’t be held responsible.
